Shipping & Returns
We DO NOT accept International Orders.
If you place an online order with an international address(any state other than the 50 United States) your order will not be processed, however if the automated system accepts your credit card it will be charged. A 20% refund fee will be deducted if we refund your credit card.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
All orders usually ship within two to four business days, most ship the same day if ordered before 1:00 p.m. C.S.T. At Angler Outfitters we try to keep every item in stock, however, occasionally we might not be able to fulfill your order in a timely fashion due to back orders or no stocks. If for some reason we cannot ship your order within ten business days we will contact you. You may cancel your order at that time for a full refund should you choose.
I Only Received Part of My Order
Don't worry the rest of your order is on the way. You should have received an email or phone call about your order being partially shipped. It's not uncommon to have three or more packages delivered per order. Rest assured, the rest of the order will be arriving shortly.
Where Can I Have My Order Shipped?
Angler Outfitters cannot ship to P.O boxes, and prefers that orders be shipped directly to the billing address. We will however, ship to other verifiable locations.
How Is My Order Shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS, and occasionally other carriers at our sole discretion. At the present time, Angler Outfitters does not accept international orders.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 10 days from printed invoice date for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be received in their original packaging with all accessories in order to receive a refund. Returned merchandise must also include a copy of the original invoice to ensure accurate and timely credit to your credit card account. Shipping charges are not refundable. After 10 days, all merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer under their return policy. Not all items are subject to this return policy and some items may require a 20% re-stocking fee.
Angler Outfitters does not guarantee any of the items sold on our site. Most manufacturers of the products sold on this site maintain their own warranties. If you have any questions as to the warranty of any product, please feel free to contact us. We will do everything possible to assist you.
